Have a site to understand?

Tell us what you're working on and what you're trying to achieve. You don't need to know what type of survey you need yet — we'll help determine the information the project calls for.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things you may be wondering.

I don’t know what type of survey I need — can I still reach out?

Yes. Most people don’t, and that’s fine. Tell us what you’re trying to achieve and where the site is — we’ll help figure out what information the project actually calls for.

How long does a typical survey take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the site, so we won’t quote a number that may not hold up. Once we understand the scope, we’ll give you a realistic timeline before any work begins.

Do I need to be present during the survey?

Not necessarily. You don’t need to be on-site for the full survey, but we usually recommend having a contact person on ground. This helps with access, identifying the property and handling any issues that may come up while we’re working.

How is pricing determined?

It depends on the size of the site, what’s being measured, and what the final deliverable needs to show. We assess each project individually and provide a clear quotation based on its scope — a boundary survey and a full terrain analysis, for example, are different jobs.

Can you handle larger sites or more complex projects?

Yes. We can work with larger sites and projects with more involved surveying, mapping or terrain requirements. Once we understand the site and what the project needs, we can determine the appropriate scope and approach.

Do you handle sites outside Lagos?

Yes. Lagos is where we’re based, but the work isn’t limited to it — get in touch with the location and we’ll let you know what’s involved.

I have an old survey plan for the property — is it still useful?

Often, yes. An existing plan can tell us things worth knowing before we ever go to site, even if a new survey is still needed. Bring whatever you have.
