A surveying and geospatial practice, built around one discipline done properly.
Gromatici Consultants Limited is a professional surveying and geospatial practice. We measure land, produce the plans and data that record it accurately, and — where a project calls for it — build the terrain models and site analysis that help clients understand what that land can actually support.
We're not the only practice that can survey a boundary, fly a drone, or model a terrain. What we're building a reputation on is doing it accurately, explaining it clearly, and going further only when the project genuinely needs it.
A survey plan can be precise and still leave a client with more questions. What does the information mean for the site? What does it mean for what they want to do next?
Gromatici was built around that distinction — doing the measurement properly, then going further when the project calls for more than measurement alone.
Measure · Map · Understand
Ground truth, taken precisely
Field data captured with the right instruments and method for the job — boundaries, levels, GNSS control, drone-based capture.
Data made legible
Raw measurement becomes a plan, model or dataset that reads clearly to a client, an engineer, or a planning authority.
A decision, better informed
The output answers the question the client actually came with — giving them clearer information for whatever decision comes next.
Standards we hold ourselves to.
Measure with Precision
Accuracy isn't a feature of our work — it's the baseline every deliverable is judged against.
Work with Integrity
We report what the land and the data actually show, not what's convenient for a project.
Make It Clear
A plan or model is only useful if the person reading it understands what it's telling them.
Deliver with Purpose
Every deliverable should answer the question the client actually came with — nothing added for its own sake.
Olajumoke founded Gromatici on a simple observation from years of fieldwork: a survey plan is important, and clients need it done properly. But it is often not the end of the question.
A landowner deciding what to build, a developer assessing a difficult site, a family settling a boundary — the plan is the starting point, not always the answer.
Gromatici was built to hold both: the rigour of a properly registered surveying practice, and the deeper capability to help clients understand a site once the measurement is done.
